Cabana Check-In
♦ Cabana host must be 21 years of age and a registered Hotel guest to check in to the Cabana.
♦ Hours of Cabana rental are 11:00am – 7:00pm.
♦ Cabana check-in time is between 11:00am – 2:00pm on day of your reservation at the Pool Bar.
♦ You will receive a Cabana packet which will include your eight (8) allotted wristbands, rental agreement and resort information.
♦ Failure to check in to your cabana by 2:00pm may result in the forfeiture of your reservation.
♦ A credit card must be on file at time of check-in.
♦ Outside food and drinks are not permitted in pool or Cabana area.
♦ For the comfort of all of our guests, smoking is not permitted in Cabanas or inside pool area.
♦ Music must be kept at a reasonable volume.
♦ Children under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
♦ Pool toys and water floats are not permitted.
♦ For your safety, no glassware or glass permitted in the pool area.
♦ Food and Beverage left over may be taken back to Resort guestroom.
♦ No pets allowed except service animals.
♦ Damage Responsibility – All cabanas are thoroughly checked daily and documented daily from occupancy to occupancy. Report any damages or malfunctions immediately at check-in.

Terms and Conditions
♦ Cabanas may not be rented without a valid credit card on file. Any damages or unpaid food orders will be charged to the credit card number on record.
♦ Cabana rental is restricted to those wearing wristbands received with rental reservation. No exceptions will be made.
♦ Wristbands are only valid on date of issue.
♦ WeKoPa Casino Resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
♦ All current posted Pool Rules will apply for Cabana guests.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All Cabana reservations must be cancelled by 11:00am 48 hours prior to the Cabana reservation date to receive a full refund. Partial refund or discounts will not be given for early departure from Cabana (to include multiple cabanas or multiple day rentals or inclement weather). Special Event Date(s) cancellation is seven (7) days prior to date of reservation.

In consideration for the use of We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort property, the undersigned agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort, the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation Enterprises, the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation, and all of the Nation's departments, enterprises, businesses, agencies, officers, agents, and/ or employees from all claims, losses, suits, damages, liabilities, and expenses of whatever kind or nature, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or resulting in any way from any negligent, reckless, or intentional act, error, omission, or mistake and/ or strict liability of the Cabana host or one of the Cabana host's guests, or any person invited by the Cabana host or one of Cabana host's guests, or anyone for whose acts Cabana host or one of Cabana host's guests is legally liable. This indemnification covers, but is not limited to, claims, causes of action, or liabilities arising out of personal injury, including death, or property damage arising from use of WeKoPa Casino Resort property.
